What You’ll Be Doing as the VP Finance

• Lead financial strategy, performance management, and capital planning
• Build and enhance FP&A, forecasting, and KPI reporting capabilities
• Drive cash flow, working capital, and profitability improvements
• Lead ERP design, implementation, and adoption across the organization
• Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic planning
• Mentor and develop the finance team while strengthening cross-functional collaboration

About You as the VP Finance

• Are a designated CPA with 10+ years driving financial strategy
• Strong expertise in process optimization, reporting building and utilizing technological tools to articulate financial data
• Ability to evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and long-range growth initiatives
• Skilled at presenting and communicating financial data into actionable executive insights
• Comfortable operating as an embedded business partner in a scaling organization
