What You’ll Be Doing as the Vice President of Finance

• Lead cross-border financial planning, reporting, and analysis (Canada & U.S.).
• Spearhead M&A execution, post-deal integration, and financial due diligence.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury, and banking relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to design long-term financial strategies.
• Lead system automation and digital transformation for real-time insights.
• Drive audit readiness and maintain compliance across jurisdictions.

About You as the Vice President of Finance

• Are a CPA with a strong business acumen, and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Skilled at financial consolidation and foreign exchange management across borders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping a newly created role.
• Experience working with and presenting financial information to leadership teams and a board of directors.
• Hands-on experience working through digital transformation, adoption of new technologies and have a keen interest in utilizing Power BI.
