What You’ll Be Doing as the Senior Accountant

• Manage month-end and year-end accounting processes with accuracy
• Record, review, and reconcile journal entries and financial statements
• Ensure proper general ledger entries for operational activities
• Support tax filings, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations
• Review expenses for accuracy and correct tax treatment
• Provide full-cycle accounting for a related corporation
• Troubleshoot and resolve general ledger issues efficiently
• Recommend process improvements to enhance financial operations

About You as the Senior Accountant

• Knowledge of ASPE principles
• Full cycle accounting experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency with strong data analysis abilities
• Experience in project-based accounting environments
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
• You have access to reliable transportation (the office is not on a bus route)
