What You’ll Be Doing as the Accounting Analyst

• Preparing monthly financial and management reports for decision-makers
• Posting and analyzing period-end entries including leases, prepaids, and amortizations
• Reconciling bank accounts and investigating discrepancies
• Managing general ledger account reconciliations
• Maintaining the fixed asset ledger, lease schedule, and internal reporting tools
• Supporting annual budget preparation and audit processes

About You as the Accounting Analyst 

• You bring hands-on experience in both financial analysis and accounting
• You describe yourself as technically strong in Excel, when managing large sets of data
• You are pursuing your CPA designation, or are newly designated
• You’re detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• You enjoy taking initiative in building and maintaining financial reporting tools
