What You’ll Be Doing as the Accounting Analyst
Support monthly and year-end entries and prepare consolidated financial statements
Perform reconciliations, GST/PST remittances, and accruals
Be responsible for financial analysis of GL accounts, variances and ad-hoc reports
Collaborate across departments and support job cost/estimate entries
Help develop and document SOPs and process improvements
About You as the Accounting Analyst
Background in construction, project management, or job-cost environments
Comfortable with change and continuous improvement programs
Enrolled in and actively working towards your CPA designation
Proficient with Excel, technology and eagerness to learn a new ERP system
A self-starter who thrives when being involved in many tasks, projects and initiatives
