• Recording weekly and bi-weekly journal entries and monthly accruals related to payroll processes, including pension and termination accounts.
• Conducting accurate and timely reconciliations of accounts related to payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Investigating discrepancies, identifying errors, and collaborating with payroll clerks to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assisting with year-end activities and preparing various reports, including remuneration variance reports and statistical accounts.
• Creating ad hoc reports and updating all payroll processing handbooks and manuals.
• Supporting the Manager, Finance Operations, and the finance department with additional duties as needed.
