Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and cash flow reporting.
Provide daily operational accounting support to the Controller including month-end processes such as PST/GST filings, journal entries and accruals.
Learn and manage three integrated systems, supporting accounting, sales, inventory, and logistics.
Improve processes and build new spreadsheets for costing and inventory analysis.
About You as the Senior Accountant
Comfortable working in QuickBooks and adapting quickly to learning new systems.
Confident navigating Excel functions to create custom reports.
Take a “hands-on” approach and want to get involved in the business operations.
Brings formal accounting education but doesn’t need a designation to thrive.
Able to integrate smoothly with a small team and communicate across departments.
