What You’ll Be Doing as the Project Accounting Coordinator

• Support project reconciliations, forecasting and work-in-progress reporting
• Prepare invoices and monitor billing milestones and collections
• Assist with payroll, AP, bank reconciliations and general ledger activities
• Support month-end reporting, journal entries and reconciliations
• Coordinate finance matters with project teams, clients and vendors
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

About You as the Project Accounting Coordinator

• Accounting, Finance or related diploma
• Strong analytical thinking and business curiosity
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable following established processes, procedures and SOPs
• Able to work independently in a quiet, focused office environment
