What You’ll Be Doing as the Plant Controller
Analyze financial results and present key insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
Own forecasting and planning processes, incorporating strategic project impacts.
Maintain full accountability for internal controls and accurate financial reporting (payroll, capital expenditures, inventory, etc.).
Lead and develop a small team of accounting staff while collaborating across management.
Report to both local operations and corporate leadership, translating results into business decisions.
About You as the Plant Controller
You bring cross-border finance knowledge — comfortable navigating both Canadian and U.S. financial principles.
You are comfortable with large ERP systems, proficient with Power BI, and advanced Excel enabling deep analytical storytelling.
You’re analytically curious with a knack for building relationships across departments.
You possess or are pursuing a CPA designation, supported by a solid base in business or finance.
You're energized by a collaborative environment where mentorship and improvement are key values.
