What You’ll Be Doing as the Payroll & Benefits Manager
Lead bi-weekly payroll processing for a large, multi-layered workforce
Oversee benefits administration, pension compliance, and annual renewals
Drive payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end processes
Partner with finance and external providers to ensure seamless operations
Develop and enhance payroll policies, procedures, and controls
Analyze payroll data and implement process improvements
Support and develop a high-performing payroll team
About You as the Payroll & Benefits Manager
PCP designation preferred
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, Dayforce or similar full HRIS platforms
Ability to translate complex payroll concepts into clear, accessible language
Experience navigating legislative compliance
Experience with public sector, healthcare or other multi-location/program environments would be an asset
3+ years of supervisory experience
