- Have 3+ years processing full cycle payroll (250+ employees)
- Have 1+ years of supervisory experience that includes performance and work flow management
- Have completed or are enrolled in the Payroll Compliance Practitioner Program
- Have well developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Regularly work with managers to resolved payroll related matters
- Enjoy being part of a team ensuring everyone’s success
- Understanding accounting for payroll and perform reconciliations & payroll related reporting
- Are looking for a diverse and fast paced role
- Are interested in being groomed for a manager level position.
