Payroll Administrator / Payroll Specialist - 18 Month Term

What You’ll Be Doing as the Payroll Administrator
  • Collect, verify, and process payroll information for employees across several subsidiaries.
  • Manage group insurance and retirement plan documentation and ensure timely payroll reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records related to pay, attendance, vacation, and benefits.
  • Handle payroll filings such as ROEs, garnishments, and union dues, while ensuring compliance with work agreements and union contracts.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to address any payroll discrepancies and maintain confidentiality.
About You as the Payroll Administrator
  • Proficient with payroll processing software (experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Excellent communicator with a knack for handling sensitive payroll issues with professionalism.
  • A collaborative team player who can work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
