What You’ll Be Doing as the Payroll & Benefits Specialist
Process a multi-jurisdictional payroll on a biweekly basis for 500+ employees.
Administer the company benefits program including enrollments, terminations, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with governmental and legislative updates.
Act as the first point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries, providing outstanding customer service to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR on other functions while working to improve existing payroll processes.
About You as the Payroll & Benefits Specialist
3+ years of experience running a payroll accurately, timely and independently. Â
PCP certification or equivalent payroll education.
Strong analytical skills with experience generating payroll/HRIS reports.
Comfortable working in a larger HRIS/payroll system.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to optimize payroll processes.
