What You’ll Be Doing as the Manager Financial Planning & Analysis
Overseeing the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis functions.
Preparing and presenting financial reports to leadership, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements.
Leading the preparation for the annual audit and managing organization funding agreements.
Supervising and mentoring a team, fostering positive working relationships, and resolving conflicts.
Acting as a key collaborator with organization management to drive continuous process improvements.
About You as the Manager Financial Planning & Analysis
You are a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in good standing, with a deep understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
You have a strong analytical mindset and can communicate complex financial data effectively.
You excel in leadership, with experience managing teams and overseeing procurement functions.
You are highly proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Dynamics NAV, and SharePoint.
You bring a collaborative spirit and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
