What You’ll Be Doing as the Payroll & HR Manager
Oversee and manage four payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely processing
Supervise and mentor two payroll staff while promoting cross-training and growth
Act as the go-to HR resource for onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Collaborate with leadership on training plans, policy improvements, and future strategy
Handle payroll compliance, benefits administration, audits, and year-end processes
About You as the Payroll & HR Manager
You bring a Certified Payroll Manager (CPM), Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP), or CPHR designation—or you’re actively working toward one
You’re an ADP Workforce Now power user, or you’ve led similar HRIS setups
You’re excited to shape, rebuild, and lead—not just maintain the status quo
You have experience managing multiple payrolls across complex structures
You thrive in a role where autonomy, innovation, and leadership intersect
