What You’ll Be Doing as the Financial Reporting Analyst
Investigating and resolving discrepancies between multiple systems and records
Analyzing account activity to ensure proper classification of financial transactions
Working with AR, revenue, and finance teams to troubleshoot reconciliation issues
Supporting automation and streamlining of reporting and reconciliation processes
Providing insights through financial data analysis
Supporting senior leadership with clerical and administrative finance tasks
About You as the Financial Reporting Analyst
Have some formal accounting education
Experience with Great Plains or other ERP software is a strong asset
Adept at juggling multiple tasks and working independently
Proficient in Excel with advanced data manipulation skills
Strong interpersonal skills—able to build relationships across departments
