What You’ll Be Doing as the Financial Analyst
Prepare monthly financial statements, variance reports, and journal entries
Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers
Reconcile accounts
Prepare tax returns (GST, PST)
Submit reports and claims to various levels of government
Support annual budget preparation and capital project tracking
Collaborate with Payroll for accurate accounting entries and reconciliations
Assist with audits
Support to Accounting Clerks as needed
About You as the Financial Analyst
Skilled with Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting software
Have experience with a multi-location/department environment
Experienced in preparing financial statements and account reconciliations
Enrolled in the CPA program preferred
Known for being detail-oriented, self-directed, and organized
Comfortable guiding team members and navigating shifting priorities
