What You’ll Be Doing as the Financial Reporting Analyst
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and related variance analysis
- Reconcile accounts, support month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Track and report on capital asset activity, additions, and disposals
- Analyze lease agreements and ensure compliance with current accounting standards
- Coordinate internal financial movements and assist with treasury activities
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting and reporting processes
About You as the Financial Reporting Analyst
- Actively enrolled in the CPA PEP program
- Knowledge of capital asset accounting and lease accounting principles
- Familiar with IFRS and its application in financial reporting environments
- Industry experience preferred in a corporate accounting or finance setting
- Able to interpret financial data and explain variances clearly
