What You’ll Be Doing as the Senior Finance Analyst

• Deliver insightful budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to guide manufacturing performance
• Perform monthly close duties, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Support strategic business decisions through profitability and trend analysis
• Lead inventory counts and ensure accuracy in inventory controls
• Drive capital planning initiatives and monitor investment performance
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
• Support financial modeling, standard costing, and ERP system improvements

About You as the Senior Finance Analyst

• You have experience with ERP systems
• You're comfortable leading or coordinating annual inventory counts
• You’re skilled in advanced Excel for trend and sensitivity analysis
• You bring a CPA or are well on your way
• You thrive in cross-functional collaboration within complex organizations
