What You’ll Be Doing as the Financial Analyst

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze manufacturing variances, product margins, and profitability.
• Maintain standard costing and cost accounting information.
• Monitor and investigate inventory cost and quantity adjustments.
• Report on cycle count accuracy and perform test counts.
• Prepare audit working paper files and support month-end close activities.

About You as the Financial Analyst

• Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and public company reporting requirements.
• Experience preparing audit working paper files.
• Proven ability to identify operational anomalies and recommend process improvements through manufacturing analytics.
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
