What You’ll Be Doing as the Financial Analyst, Cash Operations:

  • Overseeing accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments, vendor negotiations, and compliance.
  • Managing payroll operations, overseeing accurate employee payments, tax deductions, and benefit distributions.
  • Leading a team of financial specialists to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Developing and implementing internal controls to optimize cash flow and prevent fraud.
  • Collaborating with finance leadership to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Ensuring financial compliance with regulations, reporting requirements, and best practices.

About You as the Financial Analyst, Cash Operations:

  • Are willing and able to relocate for 2-5 years with the intention to return to Winnipeg and continue building your career with our client.
  • Are a Chartered Professional Accountant or are in the final stages of completion.
  • Strong expertise in cash operations, financial reporting, and process optimization.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and leadership abilities, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
