What You’ll Be Doing as the Senior Treasury/Financial Analyst
Oversee and balance how funds are deployed and sourced across the organization
Build and refine forecasts to anticipate changes in rates, growth, and cash flow
Monitor liquidity to ensure obligations are consistently met
Analyze financial trends, risks, and key drivers impacting performance
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data inputs and insights
Deliver recommendations that guide strategic and operational decisions
Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting
About You as the Senior Treasury/Financial Analyst
Deep understanding of financial institution balance sheets and funding structures
Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, practical guidance
Experience developing flexible models that evolve with business needs
Confidence to challenge assumptions and educate leadership when needed
Strong preference for candidates with CPA, CFA, or MBA, and experience within financial services or related industries
