You as the Finance Manager
Have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including financial reporting and consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls and operational reporting and analysis.
Have 2+ years of experience in a leadership role where you have supervised direct reports.
Are comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate an ability to build relationships, be a mentor and bring your team together to work toward collaborative success.
Describe yourself as inquisitive, personable, and approachable.
Enjoy working in Excel and finding ways to streamline processes or utilize technology to create efficiencies!
Must be proficient in Mandarin and English.
