What You’ll Be Doing as the Corporate Controller

• Consolidate three teams into one streamlined shared services function
• Standardized a monthly close process
• Transition reporting cadence from quarterly to monthly
• Own financial reporting, consolidation, and audit leadership
• Implement strong internal controls and eliminate process inefficiencies
• Leverage technology, automation, and data analytics to enhance insights
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+

About You as the Corporate Controller

• Canadian CPA designation
• Proven ability to implement accounting best practices across complex, multi-entity environments
• Strong orientation toward leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making
• Experience building or optimizing shared services or centralized finance models
• Advanced mindset toward automation and continuous process improvement
• Comfortable leading through change and bringing structure to evolving environments
