What You’ll Be Doing as the Controller
Lead a full-cycle accounting team of 4+ individuals across multiple entities
Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, and variance analysis
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Support ERP implementation and continuous process improvements
About You as the Controller
Comfortable thriving in a high-output, non-corporate, entrepreneurial environment
Strong exposure to multi-entity reporting across Canada and the U.S.
Experience with ERP transitions or system implementations
Background in cost accounting, job costing, or project-based environments
Naturally outspoken, hands-on, and results-driven in your approach
