What You’ll Be Doing as the Corporate Controller

• Lead month-end and financial reporting across multiple entities and joint ventures
• Oversee audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Guide and mentor a diverse accounting team across AP, AR, payroll, and project accounting
• Enhance ERP system integrity, security, and reporting capabilities
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver meaningful financial insights
• Drive continuous improvement in controls, processes, and reporting systems
• Manage insurance renewals and external financial institution relationships

About You as the Corporate Controller

• CPA designation with a passion for elevating financial operations
• Experience navigating complex, multi-entity environments
• Strong exposure to complex accounting concepts like cost-to-completion, contract & project accounting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data mining tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Comfortable working across multiple systems
• A proactive mindset with a drive to make improvements as you see the need
