You as the Accounting Manager
Are CPA designated with 5+ years of experience doing financial reporting for multiple entities including variance analysis and complex reconciliations
Are experienced with developing, implementing and administering financial controls
Have leadership and performance management experience with multiple direct reports
Have worked with budgets and operational reports to drive profitability
Utilize technology and Excel to create efficiencies and streamline processes
Have a high attention to detail and are naturally solutions-oriented
Are comfortable communicating financial information to organizational stakeholders
