You as the Controller
- Have a minimum of 5 years progressive experience with full cycle accounting, preparing financial statements and working papers in a multi-divisional organization
- Can be hands on when necessary, but see the big picture
- Work with operational leaders to review budgets and results as well as make recommendations for corrective action
- Are experienced working with internal and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, insurance providers and tax authorities)
- Have led small teams and have exceptional leadership skills
