What You’ll Be Doing as the Chief Financial Officer

• Leading all aspects of financial strategy, reporting, and investment planning in a regulated environment
• Providing executive leadership in treasury, asset-liability management, and financial strategy through participation in key committees and enterprise decision-making
• Driving enterprise data strategy through governance, stewardship, and enablement with a roadmap in place
• Overseeing internal audit, treasury, facilities, centralized admin processing, and capital management
• Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the Board and regulators, while leading a team of VPs across key financial and operational functions

About You as the Chief Financial Officer

• You’re a CPA with proven ability to operate in regulated environments and work with auditors and regulatory bodies
• You bring a balance of vision and precision—someone who leans into both strategic planning and regulatory compliance
• You’re confident negotiating accounting standards and applying policy in nuanced ways to drive performance
• You have a strong understanding of interest rate strategy, liquidity management, and balance sheet optimization
• You bring curiosity and aptitude in enterprise data strategy—understanding how BI and AI can inform business growth
