Construction Accountant / Project Billing Specialist

The Construction Accountant will take ownership of project invoicing and financial accuracy. Your work will directly influence the flow of funds and success of major builds across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing as the Construction Accountant

• Prepare and submit monthly invoice packages with all applicable backup
• Set up and manage new construction projects in internal systems
• Investigate project variances and provide detailed reports to management
• Handle monthly GST submissions and ensure compliance
• Oversee project billings and maintain communication with owners and stakeholders
• Collaborate on monthly progress reporting alongside senior team members
• Maintain well-organized electronic records of all project-related invoicing
