Assistant Controller / Financial Reporting Manager

What You’ll Be Doing as the Assistant Controller

• Lead month-end and year-end close and financial statement preparation under ASPE
• Review reconciliations, intercompany balances, variance analysis and management reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance and internal controls
• Partner with operational leaders to provide meaningful financial insight
• Support ERP implementation, testing, data integrity and process improvements

About You as the Assistant Controller

• CPA designated or nearing designation
• Experienced with multi-entity and intercompany accounting
• Leadership experience, as this role will have 3 direct reports
• Industry accounting experience
• Curious, independent and comfortable navigating change
