What You’ll Be Doing as the Assistant Controller

• Lead month-end processes, including review of entries and financial statements
• Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and production variances
• Support construction accounting including job costing, budgeting and financial reporting
• Provide insights to improve profitability and cost control
• Lead and mentor accounting team members

About You as the Assistant Controller

• Are nearly or newly CPA designated 
• Exposure to the month-end accounting cycle and financial reporting process
• Strong grasp of job costing in multi-entity environments
• Highly capable of learning new technologies and software’s
• Ability to translate financial data into operational insights
• Comfort navigating evolving systems and structures and making recommendations for improvements where needed
