What You’ll Be Doing as the Temporary Assistant Controller

• Oversee daily accounting operations with a controller-level mindset
• Help clean up April statements and resolve outstanding discrepancies
• Work directly with customers on collections and cash flow planning
• Support and improve Power BI reporting with hands-on testing and troubleshooting
• Lead the AP automation effort to relieve manual approval bottlenecks
• Analyze gaps in current financial processes and fix them proactively

About You as the Temporary Assistant Controller

• Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• Strong Power BI troubleshooting and model testing capability
• Familiar with AI or automated AP platforms
• Confident working directly with leadership and rolling up your sleeves
• Able to be on-site and take ownership with minimal hand-holding
