• Leading the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Overseeing daily accounting operations and supporting the finance team’s success.
• Assisting in cash management, reviewing payments, and ensuring accurate government remittances.
• Preparing internal financial reports, audit documentation, and analyzing account data.
• Driving process improvement initiatives and maintaining robust internal controls.

• CPA designation, paired with a solid foundation in accounting and finance.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial accounting software, with Microsoft Dynamics being a plus.
