Accounts Receivable Analyst / AR Accountant, Financial Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing as the Accounts Receivable Analyst

• Develop and refine invoicing and collection processes using Great Plains (GP)
• Reconcile clearing accounts and AR balances with precision and accountability
• Review payment activity for accuracy and completeness; investigate discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes
• Provide input to streamline reconciliation and reporting tools
• Deliver financial insights that support effective operations and decision-making

About You as the Accounts Receivable Analyst

• You have hands-on experience with Great Plains or similar ERP systems
• You bring curiosity, critical thinking, and follow-through to your work
• You ask “why,” not just “how,” and always seek to improve what’s in place
• You’re confident working independently and proactively identifying solutions
