What You’ll Be Doing as the Accounts Payable Administrator
Managing the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Reviewing, coding, and entering invoices into the system per company guidelines.
Communicating with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Preparing and maintaining AP reports and vendor statements.
Ensuring compliance with company policies to prevent duplicate payments.
Assisting in cash handling and balancing counter sales deposits.
About You as the Accounts Payable Administrator
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365; experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an asset.
Comfortable working in a rural office setting (vehicle required).
Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
