What You’ll Be Doing as the Temporary Accounts Payable Administrator
- Resolving invoice discrepancies across various systems, including ERPs and AP automation tools.
- Analyzing workflows in the AP tool and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Reconciling supplier accounts by comparing statements with internal reports.
- Keeping clear communication channels open with suppliers and internal teams.
- Managing weekly payment runs, including checks, wires, ACH, AMEX, and EFTs.
- Auditing and processing employee expense reports.
- Entering manual payables into ERPs for accurate financial record-keeping.
