You as the Accounting Supervisor
Have 5+ years of progressive full cycle accounting experience AND experience in a leadership role where you have supervised direct reports.
Have direct experience producing month-end financial statements, working papers, complex reconciliations and budgets.
Are experienced with financial review, analysis and cash-flow management/reporting.
Demonstrate an ability to build relationships and bring your team together to work toward collaborative success.
Have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Enjoy working in Excel and finding ways to streamline processes or utilize technology to create reporting efficiencies!
