Accounting Supervisor / Accounting Team Lead – 18-month contract

What You’ll Be Doing as the Accounting Supervisor
Oversee the month-end and quarter-end accounting cycle, reviewing and approving reconciliations.
Lead and manage a team of Accountants and Senior Accountants, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare and review operating cost reconciliations and financial analysis reports.
Play a key role in property budgeting and forecasting, working closely with senior management.
Assist with special projects, system testing, and audit requests as needed.
About You as the Accounting Supervisor
Experience in full-cycle accounting is required including the preparation of financial statements and working papers.
Proficient in using Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.
Comfortable working autonomously with a self-directed and collaborative leadership style.
Are a self-starter and bring dedication and commitment to your role.
Enthusiastic about mentoring and guiding a team.
