• Preparing accurate and timely reports and analysis.
• Verifying, reconciling, and analyzing payments.
• Recording journal entries & accruals in the accounting system.
• Conducting compliance checks and internal control testing.
• Performing adhoc financial reporting analysis and participating in budgeting.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Have completed post secondary education related to accounting (diploma, degree). It is preferred that you are pursuing your CPA designation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with Great Plains or similar accounting systems is an asset.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver accurate work on time.
• A collaborative team player committed to continuous learning and improvement.
