Accounting Manager / Full-Cycle Accountant

What You’ll Be Doing as the Accounting Manager
  • Managing full-cycle bookkeeping and month-end processes for multiple entities
  • Preparing monthly internal financial statements, including consolidated reports
  • Administering full-cycle payroll (100 employees approx.)
  • Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations, intercompany transactions and cash flow reporting
  • Working with external accountants on year-end filings and audits
About You as the Accounting Manager
  • Are detail-oriented, disciplined and able to prioritize your work
  • Have strong technological skills –  experience using Excel to create custom reports and familiarity with QBO is a bonus!
  • Comfortable working independently and take a “hands on” approach when owning all financial processes from start to finish
  • Able to integrate smoothly with a small team and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
  • Familiar with intercompany transactions and a multi-entity business
