What You’ll Be Doing as the Accounting Administrator
- Manage customer account transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to support efficient financial operations.
- Process payments, oversee account adjustments, and maintain comprehensive and organized records.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Administer accounts receivable, including month-end and year-end processes, and generate essential AR reports.
- Prepare tax remittances, assist with audits, and participate in special projects as needed.


About You as the Accounting Administrator
-Post-secondary courses in accounting are an asset.
- Solid foundation in accounting, with at least three years of experience in relevant roles (Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and familiarity with an ERP software.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a professional, solution-oriented approach to addressing inquiries.
- Strong critical thinking skills, able to work independently and multi-task within a team-focused environment.
