What You’ll Be Doing as the Accountant

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end
• Assist in preparing financial statements, WIP reports, forecasts, budgets, and cash-flow analysis
• Coordinate year-end working papers, tax support, and regulatory filings
• Strengthen controls, documentation, dashboards, and accounting processes
• Advise project leaders on billing, costs, and project performance

About You as the Accountant

• Actively pursuing your CPA designation
• Proven full-cycle accounting experience
• Job or process costing and professional services experience are assets
• Comfortable in an integrated ERP environment and motivated to automate and streamline processes
• Experience with AI tools, Power BI, or systems integration would be valuable
