What You’ll Be Doing as the Accountant
- Assisting in monthly and annual financial closing processes to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Preparing general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and managing intercompany transactions.
- Generating intercompany invoices and ensuring prompt follow-up on payments.
- Supporting invoice coding accuracy and assisting with materials for external audits.
- Engaging in special projects, providing analytical insights, and supporting senior leadership.

About You as the Accountant
- Strong foundation in accounting or finance with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience in financial software; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
- Highly analytical with meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptable to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in shared services, logistics, or similar sectors is an asset.
