We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk within a dynamic and impactful team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing international invoices, working across various currencies, and ensuring timely payment for critical business operations. What You’ll Be Doing as an Accounts Payable Clerk
Managing invoice payments, including inventory, freight, duty, and expense invoices.
Ensuring the accuracy of invoices and correct coding to general ledger accounts.
Completing monthly reconciliations and ensuring all payable transactions are balanced.
Communicating with vendors to resolve discrepancies and handle missing invoices or credit notes.
Running pay cycles, including checks, EFTs, and wire transfers in multiple currencies.
About You as an Accounts Payable Clerk
Experienced in accounts payable, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs and data sorting) and familiarity with with AI data entry systems is considered an asset.
Able to adapt quickly, managing multi-currency transactions and navigating through multiple software systems.
Excellent communicator who can liaise with internal and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft and international invoice processes is a plus.
