What You’ll Be Doing as the Accounts Payable Manager

• Leading the Accounts Payable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Evaluating and improving AP processes, policies, and systems for greater efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and industry standards.
• Managing account reconciliations and overseeing month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborating with operational departments for payment accuracy.
• Handling vendor relationships and resolving invoice/payment inquiries.
• Training and developing AP team members while setting performance goals.
• Supporting audits with necessary documentation and compliance checks.

About You as the Accounts Payable Manager

• Strong background in accounts payable, accounting, or finance.
• Experience with accounting software, automation, and ERP systems.
• A detail-oriented leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and implement best practices.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
