What You’ll Be Doing as the Operations Accountant
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and variance reports
Oversee a team of accounting analysts, providing mentorship and guidance
Collaborate cross-functionally to support projects and financial analysis
Lead balance sheet reviews and resolve reconciling items promptly
Champion policy compliance, process reviews, and business unit integration
About You as the Operations Accountant
You have completed your Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant designation
You have 3+ years of experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
You bring leadership capability in a multi-unit or multi-entity environment
You can build or assess financial models to evaluate operational performance
You thrive in ambiguity and love driving continuous process improvement
You’re comfortable managing departmental integration during business changes
