What You’ll Be Doing as the Controller
Managing the day-to-day accounting, month-end financial reporting, budgeting process, and year-end audits.
Participating in operational decision-making, with a focus on managerial accounting, costing, strategy and operations.
Supervising and supporting a diverse team, ensuring efficiency in accounts payable, receivables, and inventory management.
Driving leadership by overseeing and participating in functions outside of the immediate accounting group.
Identifying process improvement opportunities and taking ownership of creating lasting operational and systematic efficiencies.
About You as the Controller
You’re a hands-on CPA with a strong foundation in full cycle accounting and have an operational mindset.
You thrive on building relationships across teams and are committed to understanding the nuances of a unique organizational environment.
Your leadership style promotes autonomy and fosters ownership among your team.
You possess advanced knowledge of Excel and have experience working in a financial ERP system.
You have a passion for operational excellence and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
