What You’ll Be Doing as the Accounting Supervisor
Lead a team of four, overseeing all revenue transactions, payment processing, and invoicing
Become the subject matter expert with the CRM to ensure accurate revenue tracking
Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, including government funding agreements and external payments
Manage receivables and reconcile revenue monthly and annually
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Assist in budgeting and year-end processes, ensuring all revenue systems are efficient and accurate
About You as the Accounting Supervisor
Bachelor of Commerce (major in Accounting) or equivalent education and experience
Experience supervising and leading teams, with a passion for developing others
Expertise in CRM or revenue systems; knowledge of Great Plains is considered an asset
Advanced Excel and working knowledge of accounting software, including GAAP principles
Skilled in analyzing receivables and overseeing complex financial reporting processes
