You:
 3+ years of experience running a biweekly payroll for 150+ employees from new hires to terminations including preparing ROEs and T4s
 2+ years of experience working in ADP Software
 Experienced in benefits administration is considered an asset
 Exposure to US Payroll is considered an asset
 Strong Human Resources background exposure to putting together HR policies and procedures, creating job descriptions, conducting reference calls, responding to departmental requests
 Describe yourself to be proactive, engaged, dynamic and motivated
 Strong customer service skills to develop relationships within the organization
